What type of food does Korea Culture serve?
We specialise in Korean cuisine, featuring a variety of classic and modern dishes inspired by regions across Korea—from Jeju to Seoul. Our menu includes rice bowls, grilled meats, comforting stews, and more, paired with Singapore’s most extensive banchan buffet.
What is banchan?
Banchan refers to the wide array of small Korean side dishes traditionally served with meals. At Korea Culture, you’ll enjoy over 50 banchan items ranging from kimchi and pickled vegetables to stir-fried greens, seasoned tofu, and more.
Are the dishes spicy?
While many Korean dishes include bold and spicy flavours, our menu offers a balance of both mild and spicy options. Our buffet also features clearly labelled dishes, so you can pick according to your taste.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes! Many of our banchan items are plant-based, and we also offer vegetarian-friendly mains. Just ask our staff for recommendations—they’ll be happy to guide you.
Are your dishes halal?
We do not use pork, lard, or alcohol in any of our dishes, and we are currently in the process of obtaining halal certification.
